Thinking about getting a birthday tattoo in a month, something like this is so tempting. But more so contemplating a palm tattoo. Palms are rather important to me, its where reminders to yourself usually are, and the instant association with peace, giving, helping. This July 4th (my birthday) will also mark a six month period of me making some crucial, positive decisions, Id like to commemorate it. And if you believe in it, I am turning 24, so you can say its my year of the dragon, and so far its been nothing but new beginnings and huge inner changes.
Sounds like a soppy rant… this tattoo means blah blah blah… But this ones kinda important. (I have enough in the moment, silly but amazing little tattoos)
Sooo, palms palms palms, message to my self, choosing to pursue the humbler things, my art, solitude, not settling for less, questioning things, putting in hard work, seeking knowledge and peace … theres got to be symbology out there on this subject
